Need help with shot put.?

Question

i'm doing a school assessment on shot put and we have to develop a training program.....firstly i have no idea what to train or how to train each area and secondly i dont know the best and or easiest way to prepare for the throw (setup)

try going on to wikipedia and searching for shotput u will get rules, tips and everything else.
