Need help with sony ericsson pc suite???

Every time i try to download things into my sony ericsson s500i using the sony ericsson pc suite..it is connected, then it says it isn't connected. Im unable to download anything...thanks

you should check your USB drivers you can redownload them through SE website, just like hte PC suite.  A lot of time the USB drivers aren't working that well for whatever reasion [yeah windows has flaws]

something else you could check is that hte phone is in transfer mode.

lastly, you should be able to navigate to your phone by going My Computer > phone > then put files onto the phone or take them off as you please.
