Need help with super video converter?

i want to put the some videos on my phone which is a samsung a737. i need to know how to make the videos stretch out across the whole screen, or if there are any other video converters that can do that and convert it to 3gp easier than super

Have you tried changing the aspect ratio or the "stretch it" option?
