ok every day i come home from school sleepy like about 3 i go to sleep and wake up at 7 then it takes me forever to go to sleep i always end up fallin asleep about 1am and i have to get up for school at 5:30am so i be real sleepy at school,so i need to know how can i stay a wake tell it gets my bad time

  1. you have to fight it and stay awake, do not take a nap,, it will be very hard the first few days but you have to do it to get your body on the proper sleep schedule for school. dont lay down, stay up, do something, help your mother in the kitchen, or with laundry, keep busy and dont lay down. best of luck to you.  


  2. ok so as soon as you start to get tired go for a walk. I know you like really won't want to but like you probably won't be tired after it. I get really tired around 5ish so i just go for a run and i am not tired at all after it.  

  3. dont go to sleep after skool. its bcuz since u have already slept your body isnt tired aniy more. but go to sleep at maybe 8:30. and you should be ok

  4. It is called conditioning.  Your in a vicious cycle.  Your to the point of exhaustion during the day, and the gears are shut down.  

    If you really want to get yourself back together in one piece, it take discipline and a tad bit of maturity on your part.

    Your best chances of doing so, is on the weekend.  You have time enough to square away your habit.  If you rather be a night owl on the weekend, then you reap what you sow during the week...I know so, cus, I pay the price on Monday & Tuesday, till Tuesday night I'm exausted and Im in bed by 9pm.
