Question:

Need help with toning up!?

I'm 14 and im not majorly fat, but i just want a flat toned belly and not one that wobbles when i walk,

any ideas on how to tone up?

please?

and i need it quick as well as im going on holiday in a few weeks and need to look good in a bikini :)

  1. SIMPLE. EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO BUT ARE TO LAZY.

    DRINK ONLY WATER. EAT ONLY GOOD FOOD.  NO FATTY FOOD, NO CRISPS, NO CHOCOLATE. SIMPLE.

    IF YOU WANT TO SEE DRAMATIC EFFECTS, JOG FOR 20 MINS EVERY MORNING.


  2. just eat light stuff and do as much exercise as you can, my kickboxing teacher used to always make us do 10 sit ups 10 push ups then 9 sit ups and 9 push ups then 8 7 6 etc, that's easy enough to do at home and skipping skipping is AMAZING! i mean skipping with a rope lol.

  3. 6 meals spaced 2-3 hrs apart + drink 8 cups of water per day over soda and high sugar stuff. Eat 500-1000 calories less than what you burn. Run/jog/dance/cardio w/e for 30-60 min a day. If you try to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week, you'll never keep it off and will end up gaining it back faster.

  4. make sure you walk for 30minutes each day..

    preferably up a hill.

  5. run, run and run........cut out junk food, drink 2ltr water daily and forget about 1000000 of sit ups they don't burn fat!!

    A good routine is 20 min run followed by a few side stretches, 10 crunches (rest for 1 min) 10 crunches (rest for 1 min) and 10 more crunches (this is calles 3sets of 10 reps) I wouldn't do more than that as its a waste of time.....(and besides your abs are jus lke any other muscle.....you wouldn't see people doing 1000000 bicep curls).

    If you choose to run make sure you also have atleast 2 days rest for your body to addapt!!!!
