Need help with video/ internet phone?

Question

i want to be able to talk to my family at home using a webcam and internet phone. i have seen people talk and view the other parties image at the same time. i have a web cam, what else do i need. i know i need to get a 2nd web cam for my home computer, iuse a toshiba satellite laptop. and my home computer is just a basic pc. both use microsoft. any help would be appreciated i'am a total dork when it comes to technology....thanks. guarnteed 10pts to person who helps me the most.

If you pay very low fees, you can make voice calls to/from land-line phones, and even have voicemail.
