I'm looking to lose 13-18lbs; about 2lbs/week.Short term, I want to lose 8lbs BY October 17th. HELP!I'm 168lbs and gained 30lbs in about 5 months, so I want to get this off.Can somebody help me come up with a workout routine (simple and not too intense) for a female to lose thisAny advice/motivation or something would be great.10lbs down, 13-18 to go!I want to lose 8lbs for October 17th - is this possible?
