I do and have always taken extremely good caare of my teeth, but for some reason they have a yellow tint to them. It's not really noticeable, but it bothers me. The dentist said it was just the color of them, like the color of my skin. I just wanted to say that so you wouldn't think I was dirty and didn't brush my teeth. But my question is can anyone suggest a good teeth whitening product that dosen't casue sensitive teeth, or break down teeth enamel. thanks in advance.

  1. crest white strips work very very well!! i highly recommend them. however, they do cause a little bit of sensitivity. but i have used them a few time a couple years ago, and the sensitivity has almost complete gone away...

i dont think you'll find "cheap" good whitening products w/o causing some sort of sensitivity.

  2. watch out for the culprits that can stain your teeth like coffee, tea, colas, red wine, chocolates and sauces.  try to use a straw if possible when drinking them.

remember that smoking can also discolor your teeth, it is best that you avoid them.

you can also keep teeth whiter by properly brushing and flossing teeth every after meal. this can help remove stains immediately after food and beverage intake.

choose a teeth whitening system that has quality ingredients and can give you best teeth whitening results.  consider asking help from a dental expert. visit http://www.trustedhealthproducts.com for more tips on how to maintain white teeth.
