Need help within one hour?

Question

theres a egg we think its a duck egg because a dog chased a duck out of its nest then we got it after 10 hours to make sure the duck will come back to we have it under a lamd and its moving so little in the egg. any info

Keep the egg warm and call your local vet and see if they can give you further instructions.  They might even take the egg and take care of it when it hatches.  If you want to keep the egg then you can just get instructions on what to do.  Good luck and hope I helped!

Keep it warm under a lamp(not too close otherwise you will cook it) and try and get hold of a vet.

You need to keep in warm using a heatling pad on the lowest temp or so. The temp needs to be between 98-100 degrees. Cover the egg with a towel. Dampnen the egg every day. If its moving a lot then stop turning the egg. If a lil turn it a couplke more days. CANDLE it. Get a flashlight and go in a dark room and place the egg over the light. Look for movment. it should be on one side of the egg. A bill will move throught the sac. Make sure add water. Get a damp washcloth and place ove it. Listen to egg for peeps or kicking if so dont turn it. u can even add a heatlamp. But make sure that its not too close or far use a thermometer. WHn it hatches(DOnt help it out) put it under heatlamp. try to keep temp warm so it will dry.
