Need help wording letter to ask to volunteer?

i was hoping to volunteer at a dance studio either working in the office or teaching children, or help teaching children, or helping with the children. how would i word it? i haven't danced in three years because i had an injury, but i am able to dance now. i had danced for thirteen years. thankyou for your help. :)

I would say:

I am interested in volunteering at your studio in some capacity.  I left dancing for a while because of an injury, and would like to get involved again.
