Friends, I am searching for house in Bangalore for rent near Koramangala, Domlur and near by areas, which can be near to IBM. Dell (around 7 km will do).

I have noted your phone number. And also informed my known broker to contact you. He in turn will discuss with his contacts at Koramangala, and approach you for an appointment, so that you can visit some houses and select the one which suits you.

Do not pay any thing as advance to the broker. He takes you in his own vehicle. He may ask you to fill 2-3 liters of petrol, please fill. Once you finalise the House and all documentation is done, you have to pay one months rent as commission to him. If you are not satisfied with any of the houses shown to you, you can ask him to come back with more suitable options.

You are free to approach a " real estate agent " located near to you. Good luck.
