Need house rewired and home repairs done

Question

I live with an elderly couple and take care of them. The house needs work. Her POA doesnt want to spend the money and he is paying me all he can for their care. and they have lots of health issues. she is a veteran but has used all of her lifetime benefits so i'm looking for s/o that can help me with house repairs and i'll buy what the materials needed and help with the repairs fora discouted price. Please Help and Thank You.

Electrical is something you do not play with.  It could lead to electrocution or fires (and the insurance company won't pay) because a qualified electrician did not do the work.

It depends on where they live, but there are many sources that may help.  The rewire is not a project for amateurs to try, call a qualified professional to do the work.  In some States (Washington), only a licensed contractor may do this type of project.  For the other repairs there may be help from the Red Cross or local volunteer labor agency for some small projects.  In this case, start with making an exact list of what is needed and what must be done first. Then break it down in small projects.  

Rewire is a big job.

Handicap grab bars.

Broken window.

Lawn yard work.

Paint.

To get the house re-wired is very expensive and you cannot do it yourslef.  there are building code requirements that cannot and should not be ignored.  You need to get a pro to do this.
