Hey! So I have a BIG problem. Well, recently, I had to reset windows. My brother turned off my firewall and virus protection to download a game..well I got a HUGE virus and I had to reset all of windows which means everything I had is gone! Well, My iPod still has all my songs on it, but as I said, all the songs on my computer are gone! How do I get my songs back? I couldnt put them on my flash drive cause they all got infected with the virus.. So what am I supposed to do? I cant go back and download all my songs again. I have 138. I mean it may not sound like alot to you but it is for me! I am in desperate need of assistance! Please help!

  1. Dude, you should have burned all your songs on to CD\DVD before loading them on your Ipod.

But since you didn't here goes.

    1) Download the lastest version of idump (or comparable software).

    2) if you already loaded Itunes disable the auto sync feature (it will erase your list)

    3) Connect your Ipod and run idump and copy all your songs, pictures and videos (make sure you have enough HD space).

    4) Burn content to CD\DVD or external\second HD

    5) Sync Ipod.
