Need iPod help!! PLZ PLZ PLZ help me!!!?

My iPod (5th Generation) was plugged into my computer but it wasn't showing up on iTunes, when I looked at it I realized it was frozen. Anyone know what I should do? Should I just wait until the battery dies out and then try to plug it in??? HELP!!!!

Oh, someone told me how to do this. I think you hold the middle button and the play button down at the same time. The screen should go blank and then start up again.

The best way to restart your ipod is to press and hold the MENU and the MIDDLE button.

If that doesn't work, I would do as you said, and just wait for the battery dies. DO NOT PLUG IT IN. It might freeze your computer too, especially if you have auto-sync on.
