Need idea for a job for someone with bad eye sight, but with college education.

I am looking for a job that does not require good eye sight. I am leagally blind in one eye and only close to perfect sight in the other. I overlook things alot do to my vision as well. What should I look into. I have been in day care work and sub teaching but when the kids are off in a distance they are hard for me to see anymore and that scares me anymore so I may get out of that line of work as well. What should I do? I live in a small town also and cannot drive far do to my vision. Would retail or office work or something like that? Or what? Do you think I would qualify for vocational rehab?

i would think retail would be fun for you. Customer service and Call-center jobs would be perfect, where you only answers customer questions.

you can ask help from job recruiters and employment agencies. they will direct you at jobs that might be right for your situation.

Have you considered curriculum design?  That is still in the field of education, but deals more with coureswork.
