Need ideas for high carb, light snacks for a water ski tournament?

  1. for the day that you actually ski

    drink lots of gatorade

    eat powerbars or other quick energy bars

    for the night or day before

    eat noodles for dinner

    drink lots of milk

    and water


  2. Prior to waterskiing, wakeboarding or playing squash i eat 'Elevenses' cereal bars which are high in energy, also any sort of nuts. During activity drink Lucozade or other high energy drink.

    Some peolpe say bananas but i'm not keen.

  3. little powdered doughnuts
