We are doing head bands and barrets, but some ideas with the barrets would be nice. Someone mentioned crossing them and tahen clipping, not sure I get the idea

  1. Give her a part, and use barettes or braid back just the front bits. It will grow quickly but be awkward in between.

I was told frequent trims helped it grow, ironically... I guess healthy hair without split ends grows faster.

  2. i always just clipped my hair back when i grew out my bangs, you can try other things too, like headbands or something like that.

  3. clip them back away from her face with barretts. they'll grow out soon enough! =)

you could also do a french braid if her bangs are long enough and include your bangs in it.

you could give your daughter a quiff, which is when you loosely pull them back and bobbie pin them w/ a slight bump. when you pull her bangs back and then push them forward a little bit. make sure it is firm so it stays in all day (you might want to put a tiny bit of gel in her hair first).

part your daughter's bangs into two sides and then twist them. use a clip to hold them together at the back of her head. this will only work if her hair is long enough, and usually only looks good with thin, straight hair.

you could give your daughter a side bang some days. it's not exactly out of her face, but it's not in her eyes either, and it looks very cute.

get her lots of cute headbands and clips. when i was growing out my bangs back in, like, fifth grade i'd do a different style every day. i had this rule where i wouldn't wear the same style two days in a row, lol.

i don't have any other specific ideas on clipping styles, but you can always look some up online, like on google and also just experiment with things.

well, here's some more ideas too: http://www.wikihow.com/Grow-out-Your-Fri...
