Need ideas for my 7th grade science project!?!?

Question

i need ideas for my science project. no too hard, not too easy. i need projects that are not demonstrations. i need the ones that have like trial 1, trial 2, etc.

physics, biology, botony which ever is good for me. and tell me how to do it in case i like it or just give me links

you could do something like psychological...like you could ask "is volume psychological?" and you could play some music too loud or too soft, and if someone asks to turn it down or turn it up, pretend you did and ask if it got louder or softer.

I did a cool one and it was "does music affect your heart rate" it was actually really cool. Good luck and get an A+!!

hmmm, make sure its original if you really want to get a good grade, for mine i did the affects of different styles of music on plant life, heavy metal, and classical and a little bit of hip hop, and we left one with no music. just do the affects of "Blank" on "Blank" and i garuntee you if you do an original one, you'll get a good grade

you can take same different brands of paper towels, and test how much water it can take in 2 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes.  That's 3 trials.  try that.  i use to do that when i was in middle school.  you should see how hard college will be if you don't go through this!

an easy one with trials would be, which type of wood burns the longest.

take the same size of pine, oak, ect... and time the burns. It is a useful experiment, which can actually apply to something in life which is always a plus with judges.

I remember that in the seventh grade i did a project called Caffienated plants (Dunno if i spelled that right) but, what you do is see if coffee effects the growth of plants, you can use radish seeds because they work the best.

Just Like, .. have 4-5 pots, and fill one with all regular Potting soil, and the second with 1/4 coffee Grounds and 3/4 Potting soil, The second with 1/2 a cup of Coffee Grounds and 1/2 a cup of potting soil, and so on, you have to make sure, the same amount of seeds are planted, and you're giving them the same lighting and They're in the same area.and you're giving them all the same amount of water at the same time... I always hated science too.

It's not a science fair right? If not, then here's an easy one I did when I was in middle school.

Take three plants (stuff grass and dirt in a cup or get a plant) and three different products that are liquid. Your main concern will be which liquid product will make the plant last longer rather than water.

Liquid product examples: Sprite (or any other soda), Windex, and Olive Oil. ... or ... You can choose any kind of product yourself.

Your independent variable can be giving your plant water so you can make a comparison to see which lasts longer. (This will be the variable that you don't change).
