Need ideas for physical health for prek.?

I need lesson plans regarding physical health for pre-k. I would like to do fun things...I need ideas.

Well I remembered when I volunteered at my mom's school, we did this mini-olympics competition for p.e., consisting of red light green light, simon sez, relay races, jump rope, ect. I would think anything that gets them moving, while being outside is fun.

You need to do your own assignments, someone will not always be there to do the work for you. also this is such an easy area to work with, just think about what you or your siblings liked to do at that age.
