Need ideas some1 in my house stole my ps3 and the cops said they cant do nothing HELP me bring him 2 justice?

a few days ago my moms boyfriend stole 2 $10 quater rolls from me. So i stole his cellphone charger. then tonight i come home and my ps3 is missing and all of my games(14 all of the best games mgs4 gta4 oblivion cod4 madden 09...) so i called the cops on him and they came over and told me that they could not do any thing basically because i have no proof ........................................... already thought of calling all of the local game stores and pawn shops and yes i do have the serial number to my ps3 i still have the box and taking him to court is pointless hes broke ty give your idea plez

beat everyones *** that stepped foot in your house. Thats what i did when my xbox + 3500dollars worth of movies and games was stolen out of my house. there was only 4 possible people so i just beat all 4 of there asses lol. true story

okay, let me get this straight....he stole $20 from you, so YOU stole his charger.  now your PS3 is missing.....

did you think YOU did the right thing by stealing from him?  he could press charges on you as well.  

tell the cops that you want to file a stolen property report, put the serial number in there, and they are required to take a report.  doesn't matter if you have PROOF that he took it.  his name can go in as a possible suspect, but all they can do is talk to him.  unless he is found with the property, they won't be able to prove it.  

talk to your mom about the loser she's dating.  YOU weren't any better by stealing his charger, no matter how inexpensive it is, YOU can be charged.

yeah, do what adrupt says....then this guy that you really don't know and has a history of violence pays some wanna be gang banger, who is trying to earn his bones, 50 bucks from the ps3 he just sold on the streets and the wanna be gang bang caps 10 rounds into your home and hopefully the worst doesn't happen.  If you don't think happens, your friggin dreaming.
