Need info about board game. You put your fingers on the triangle piece, ask ?, & it moves to spell words.?

Oiwedgy Board or something. Youth group researching topics pertaining to magic, witchcraft etc. and question came up that what's wrong with it. Need more info.

Ouija is the game name (pronounced "wee-gee"). Been around for many years. Got a bad rap when special interest groups, mostly religious-based, labeled it part of the "black arts." Seems some teens were asking questions that rattled the adults. It's supposed to work off of the nervous tension generated by the players of the game all touching the piece at the same time, which then "guides" the game piece to letters on the board, spelling out answers to the questions generated. In my experience, it's usually been some smart aleck pushing the piece to a desired letter or location to obtain the results. I mean, really, do beings from the netherworld have nothing better to do than guide a piece of plastic on felt-footed fegs around a cardboard game? Hope this helps.
