  1. i would go to local shops and look around for some sales and stuff

see what fits best and what thickness and flexibalty u are looking for

i think that would be best

  2. ok first dont ever buy a suit online find your self a O neil surf shop and ask them about the mutant and the syco 2 they are my favorite suits the are both 4,3 wetsuts and will with stand the winter . i have the mutant and its the best it has fluid seam welds so no water gets in and i know its a wetsuit but no joke it keeps you try and warm and on those really cold days it comes witha hood . i live in santa cruz it holds up to the cold i where it all year long

  3. Don't buy a wet suit  on line. First of all, you don't know what things like GBS mean. ..Okay, I didn't know what it meant until I looked it up, and I have been surfing for 42 years. At your local surf shop, the folks there will explain that stuff to you, and make intelligent recommendations to you. Second, no two manufacturers sizes are exactly the same. So an O'neill M might fit you like it was made for you, but a Billabong M might be too big (or vice versa). Third, wetsuits are like bathing suits, they are 'no return' items. If they don't fit you once you get them home, tough luck. So go to a surf shop, where you can try on the wetsuit, and make sure you have the exact right fit, and you understand the construction of the suit, and how suitable it is for where your surf. I have bought lots of wetsuits in my time, but the only thing I ever bought on line, was a pretty much 'goof proof' O'neill vest. Good luck!

  5. i probably wouldnt buy one online....i bought mine at sports athority and what i did was just grabbed a bunch that looked like they fit and tryed them on i have a body glove one and it works good for surfing and thats all i use it for.... hope this helps

  6. GBS means Glued & Binded Stretch. i know that for sure. someone at a surfshop told me that sealed meant fully sealed. i wouldnt buy a wetsuit online because they have to fit just right. i would go to a surf shop so they can fit you with the right stuff and they usually know all the answers to your questions. i hope this helps. have fun out surfing!
