Need info on tailors and tours in Vietnam?

Question

I am currently visiting Ho Chi Minh City and will be here for one week. I am looking for the following recommendations:

1) mid-priced tour agencies and what are the "must see" places in your opinion and

2) any excellent tailors for men's and women's clothing?

For tours try going to a place called VietTravel or VietTour. Tailors im not sure :[
