Need information about moving a moble home?

I need to move my mothers moblie home in Riverside CA about 10 miles. I have not been able to find much information on it.

You own the home. You can move it at any time.  You have to satisfy any land lease that your mom signed.  The other neighbors will have the names of companies  that will move mom's home.  It will shock you when they quote the price.  You will next wonder what you can just sell it for and be done with it.  So ask the neighbors what they think it's worth. They will know.

My mom died in 2001 and we had to take care of all this stuff.
