Looking for a little more information about the SCA - a little more detail than I've been able to find on a few web pages.

  1. Assuming you mean the Society for Creative Anachronism, they are a network of groups that like to dress up and act like folks from the Middle Ages in Western Europe.  The link below is to the introduction page on their web site, but you can browse around there for more info.

  2. The best way to find out about the SCA is to simply find your local group and go to one of their meetings.  Find the chatelaine of your group and ask about newcomer's meetings.  They will tell you all you need to know, and then some!  You can start by going to sca.org like the previous answer stated, then click the links to find your local group.

I've been in the SCA for more than ten years now, and I can say that you will never find a more welcoming and outgoing group of people.

Also, if you can tell me specifically what kind of information you're looking for, I can point you in the right direction.

    Good Luck!
