Can we still file for bankruptcy? What does the law say about bankruptcy? What 's the minimium debt for filing bankruptcy? After filing, what kind of stipulation or restriction will be place on me?

My suggestion is to find a bankruptcy attorney in your town or city and call them.

Most will offer free advice and answer questions for you before you decide what to do. And you can usually get an idea of what they charge to file it for you.

I lived that nightmare, but it was the best thing I could have done for myself. And even though it was somewhat costly, it was by far, better than trying to handle all the debt problems myself.
