Does anybody have good inspiration on loosing weight .. ??

  1. do you want to stay the way you are forever?? are you just going to sit back yet another day, thinking il start tomorrow and pig out and slowly become so fat theres no going back.....what is better, going out being happy and looking amazing......or a pizza??! think if someone offered you a tablet and said "this will make you put on weight, have terrible skin and basically just look a little worse" would you eat it??? thats basicaly what a sweet is...all unhealthy food just goes to making you look bad, it dosnt actually help your body in anyway and nothing tastes as good as losing weight and looking good feels.

    also look at celebrites your obbsessed with...and think of how amazing youll look when you loose the weight.


  2. Just the thought of being healthy should be inspiration enough for anyone wanting to lose weight. You might want to try listening to music as you work out. That can make it fun and a bit more exciting then when it's quiet.

    Other than that. Imagine your favorite actor, or model. But honestly, just the health aspect of losing weight should be enough to get you going.

  3. You can try following things.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.

  4. No, but I feel your pain!  I need to lose weight too.  I'll do really good exercising for about 3 days and then I give up.

  5. well, i used to be a little overweight in 6th grade, but then i started pom and i lost like 20 pounds! my best inspiration was thinking that how good i will look wen i lose the weight, and how proud i will feel of myself! then, if you start eating something unhealthy while thinking these thoughts, you will feel guilty and probably stop eating it. also, i reccomend running on the treadmill for at least 10 min. everyday and signing up for a sport that really gets you working hard and it's everyday of the week! hope i helped! :)
