  1. Holes at ceiling and below the firestop in each stud bay.


  2. I had insulation blown in a wall that was open on one side, they put a mesh over the framing and put holes about half way up then put the hose and blew down, then up. It looks like you do the same thing with enclosed walls, maybe this will help.
