I went on my honneymoon to kissime and at knights inn and when we got there he guy at the desk told my wife it ws amistake to marry me. then he said at 8 me and him would go out and party and she owuld stay and watch tv. he said he knows where room is. Room had hols in walls and doors. dirty. socket where u plug stuff in had no protecter around it and had wires all over the place hanging. iput finger on wall went in. We took pics. I called whdym resorts they said I had to deal with it my self or wait a week for them to do any thing. I told them we were scare for life. we finaly got out. We want to sue them my wife was in disras for two dyas from that. She has bad stree and exitity disorder and more. how do i sue and what paper worrk do i need in tampa? what paper work do I need and can I get it online if so where? whats the link? i live in brandon. it happen in kissime and i wantt o go to the tampa courts.

Get a lawyer.  Look in the phone book.  Your poor communications skills will prevent you from getting any redress on your own.  Try to find a lawyer who speaks your native language.
