Need lifeguard help!!!! Please!?

I am working as a lifeguard in like 5 days, and i have my certificate, but i need help! Is there a place online to review the lifeguard topics, such as cpr, assessing a scene, and first aid? Thank you so much!

Try the Red Cross web site but there is really no reason to be nervous.  You won't be all by yourself there will at least be one other experienced lifeguard there with you.  Usually you won't have to make a save, I've worked for a long time and I still haven't had to go in yet.

I would stop by your local red cross to grab a copy of the lifeguarding manual published by the ARC.
