Need mail iphone app to work with university email?

i have an iphone and go to college where we have a school email address provided by Microsoft outlook web access- Microsoft server exchange 2003? how do i get it to work with the mail app on iphone, do i use POP or IMAP and what info and where to find it? i got to benedictine university ben.edu if that info is required to answer this question? please help
