This was given to us in really good condition second hand, and we would like to give it to our 4 yr old for Xmas ...but neither of us are "technically inclined" and can't figure out how to program the controller to our TV....HELP please....Thanks :)
We set the InteracTV up and used it a couple of years ago w/ our son but now our daughter is old enough to use it and we have a different DVD player than we did then. I downloaded the Quick Set up instructions but they weren't very helpful. They said to insert the "Set Up" card - we have a Programming Card and a Test card but nothing that just says "Set Up" like it shows in those instructions. Also, it says to place the InteracTV controller and DVD remote 3 inches apart and then follow the audio instructions from you InteracTV controller (and your DVD player is supposed to be off this whole time). Well, I don't see anywhere for sound to come out of the InteracTV controller so that doesn't make sense to me. Also, is there a DVD that is supposed to guide you in part of this? I really thought we kept everything together here but I don't see one that just says "set up". If there is a DVD for set up what does it look like - what is the picture on it? I truly appreciate any help or guidance here - I feel pretty lost.
