Need money for college but no credit?

Question

Son is great student and has $16K academic scholarship, but needs $23K more to attend school of choice. We have many other kids and can't contribute what FAFSA says we can nor co-sign for him. He worked so hard to get 3.6 gpa, allstate football and captain, track team, lead in school plays, band. He's so well rounded and worked so hard, this is killing us - how can we help him??
