  1. The more often you pump the more milk you will produce.  Its just like when your baby is feeding.  If they don't feed as often your body won't produce as much milk.

  2. you need to contact the la leche league asap.  they are lactation consultants found all around the world

    good luck sweety!

  3. she's still to your for cows milk try supplamenting her with formula. Try to pump every 2-3 hours to increase your milk supply

  4. When your baby wants more she will eat more you will produce more milk,  your baby does grow where it seems like she isn't eating enough , and then the baby will seem like eating all the time. Your body will keep up, just keep up with the fluids stay away from caffeine its a diuretic.

  5. A lactating nurse will be your best help, she told me to pump every two to three hours for 15 min. That will keep the milk up.

  6. no cow's milk until 12 months but what makes you think you dont haev enough milk. if your baby is gaining weight seems contents and is urinating well then you're fine- what you pump has nothing to do with what you are making and at this stage you pretty much make milk as your baby feeds. so if you're not feeling full that is normal and healthy. the feeling of being full goes along with engorgment which really isn't a good thing. engorgment can cause things like plugged ducts or mastits. puping after feeds or every few hours will def help. good luck.

you need to offer her the breast more often though. try going into a dark room and nursing her where there is no stimulation because she may jsut feel too busy to nurse
