Need more input on Quality Plus Lending?

I recieved the same offer. Could not find anything on this company, I agree with your post, to good to be true. Anyone have any other information on this.

Well i checked everything i could find, on the loan documents there was an address, i checked it out and there not even a building there.  Also, i even check the better business web site... nothing.  Also, after i looked at the website again i seen alot of spelling errors and miss wording.  And i thought it was kind of strange that on the website it says something on the lines of being in business for 10 yrs, but theres nothing anywhere about this company.  the only thing i found online was my own question i put on here about the company.  So, i would say its a scam, I don't know 100% but I'm not going to take that chance.
