Need new food processor blade. plastic shaft...

have old hamilton beach food processor model #702-6. works like new except plastic housing at top of shaft has cracked into 3 pieces. blade part number is #70207 (pretty sure). where can I get one? have tried many on-line stores, but no luck. one store shows it but indicates "no longer available".
