  1. You see what happened to me is I got arrested and put into a holding cell overnight (6 or so hours), for attempted robbery..sounds a little worse than it was (was taken more serious of a case than it should've). Then my parents had to pick me up at 6am, and I had to go to start work at 11am that same morning... That experience made my life the roughest and toughest point in my life, but it made me so much stronger, however cliche that sounds its absolutely true. In a sense I am very happy that I got arrested so I realized what I was doing and how my actions were not only affecting what I was doing but others too. I was also on drugs too, which in every situation makes matters much worse.

Now I have made a complete turn around (that happened 3 months ago). I stopped doing drugs cold turkey immediately after I got out of that cell, and I tried to mend or atleast make peace with previous rivalries. I had a job while all of this was happening, but a couple weeks ago I got another job to keep my schedule busy and its really kept me very busy to not think about doing drugs and relapsing. But on top of that I cut out literally 99% of my friends, because I visualized where I wanted to be in my future and lined them up to my friends plans for their future and they clearly did not match up. It was very hard at first to not party, go out or do anything on the weekends, but I was so ready to get over the  trashy drug scene. Now I am gaining some friends, and I can see that I will make friends at my job too!  It shows if you surround yourself with people you love, you will become a healthier and happier person overall.

So please have an intervention with them about using drugs, maybe have them talk to someone their age that has done drugs and can relate to them. Also if possible they could spend the night in a cell, and that will make them realize it is very hard for them to live under someone elses rules, and not being able to have the freedom vs. their home lifestyle where they can roam freely with no "hard" rules.

  2. my brother ran away at 14 and wouldn't go abck to my moms. he wanted to do things on his terms... my mom called the police and they arrested him just to get him back home.

  3. They can't get arrested. They should get counseling.

  4. Take em on maury man. LoL get the srgt on them!!

  5. well actually you can go to your closest precinct and tell her ask the police nicely to act like they are getting arrested and show them how it feels and that they should cherish their mother because bad behavior isn't good.  sometimes it's because of discipline.  I know not to behave bad because i have an African father and a Grenadian(west-indies) mother so I knew not to behave bad when I was younger or else i would get a beating now I'm 15 and i just get small play play slaps but I know not to be dis respectful and they need to know that to.

  6. It depends..I'm sure if you tell the cops you are tired of your child running away or roaming the streets on there own, and you want to scare them a little then I'm sure they will arrest them BUT if you just call and say my child is wandering, then I'm sure they will just go find them and pick them up. My boyfriends sister does this and the cops find her roaming and they just bring her back home. Good Luck and God Bless!
