We have known each other and "talked" for almost 5 years. We have been dating for a year and just got engaged. We will be getting married in early spring time.

We knew one another a year (I was dating someone else, away to university in Europe), and had coffee a few times, and saw one another at church.

Then we dated two years before we got married - we were engaged eight months, just long enough to plan the wedding where we were.

I was 27 when we got engaged, 28 when we got married.
