Need perverted ideas/gag gifts for guy friend turning 18!

Our friend is turning 18 in a week and we need some cheap but bizzarre gift ideas. He is obsessed with b*****s, so we were thinking something along the lines of a boob inspector t'shirt.. inflatable doll, anything like that. Any funny ideas?

Sorry to be harsh and I know I will get the thumbs down but real men respect women, open doors etc... and if they like b*****s that is natural but to make it into a joke is disrespectful.

You can make the party fun and FUNNY without it being sexual... those types of party's remind me for 3rd grade boys giggling.
