Need physician for Colorado Cannabis Card?

I am trying to find a physician who can refer me for mmj. I have a sleeping disorder, aswell as a lot of pain in my knees (long story). if anyone knows a doctor that can help or how I can find one, or has other advice regarding mmj, please, help me out! feel free to contact me privately as well.
