Need picture to be larger?

I needed help with this one picture in the computer im wanting to enlarge it and i dunno how? i tried to do it on paint and it wouldnt let me cuz i was gonna print it out and frame it with my photo paper but i dunno how to make it bigger

paint can resize image with stretch and skew, but quality may lower,

you may have software for camera or printer with edit options,

try with program to open image, select>image> image size, resize both resolution and size 200%, if quality is low, there is not much more to be done,
