Need "pescatarian" Hawaiian foods.

My husband’s 40th birthday party is August 16th and I need some recipe ideas. The parameters are:

1. Something Hawaiian as that’s the theme of the party and

2. Something that fits his pescatarian (vegetarian who eats seafood per doctor’s orders) diet, so things such as pork, chicken, etc are out.

Any help will be appreciated.

  1. poi it doesn't taste like any thing.

    or

    Ono Sweet Potatoes

    2 large cans sweet potatoes

    2 banana

    1/2-2/3 cup macadamia nuts

    1/2 cup brown sugar

    1/4 cup flour

blend potatoes and banana with beater put in casserole dish. top with other ingredients. dot with butter. bake for 45min at 400sh.

This is off the top of my head I made it so many times I don't use the recipe any more. I hope this is right. It is great for thanksgiving too.
