Need recipe for homemade broth that's high in iron to treat anemia ?

Looking for a homemade recipe for a broth that is high in iron to replace iron in diet, unable to take supplements . Could also be a tea but perfer a broth. Thanks

  1. You may want to consider adding a powdered spirulina formula to your diet, it can be added to shakes, soups and other foods. It has a very high iron content and also gives you alot of other valuable nutrients as well. Check out the link below for some more information. this site also carries all forms of spirulina


  2. I used a product called Liquid Chlorophyll. You can put in anything you'd like. Make a broth or put it in juice or whatever. I found it to be very effective. Good luck!

  3. If you need extra Iron, you may not be able to find a good broth per se, but Liver is a good source of Iron, as is Blackstrap Molasses. You may want to look into one of those if you aren't able to swallow (or stomach) the pills. Good luck!
