Need replacement external power supply for DISH TV...

I have recently acquired a "modular" LCD monitor/tv where the power supply is external, as is the tuner. The power supply is missing. Can anyone advice on the specific pin-out and specifications for the external power supply DISH LCD-40-500 television?
