  1. you can pull your own tooth.  it will save you a lot of money .  what you need to do is get some sort of local anesthetic, like procaine, novacaine, or cocaine preferably because of its high will make you super strong and you will be more brave and get a syringe from walgreens.  inject it in gum by toothe  make sure you do it all over so it is really really numb. wait five minuts until like your whole face is so numb you can punch it and wont feel it.  then take a pair of plyers.  dip it into listerine to steralize it.  then use a mirror to look in your mouth and get a good grip with your plyers on tooth and yank away.  you will hear some crunching but it will come out really easy and the pain will be away forever.    make sure you have a lot of gauze because there will be a lot of blood.  have a pillow nearby in case you pass out from loss of blood.  thats all a dentist does anyway.

  2. First off SORRY about the toothache...I KNOW that pain and it is the worst :(.

Have you considered trying a dental school? I know of several people that have used them and have saved money.  Most of them are in their last few years of school and also there will be a regular, established dentist in on the procedure to guide and assist if need be.

    Good Luck

  3. It sounds like you really need to get the Root Canal started. There was most likely an exposure of the nerve of tooth and that's why the dentist said you may need a RCT. As soon as can, schedule an appointment and tell the dentist of your pains In the meantime, stop the Tylenol, the dentist I work for recommends advil or motrin. He finds that  Tylenol doesn't really work for tooth pain. The dentist may even put you on antibiotic if there is an infection. Feel Better!

  4. YOU  CAN SAFELY TAKE 3-4 IBUPROFEN EVERY 4-6 HOURS UNTIL YOU SEE A DENTIST.
