Need sms sending script?

hei i want a script or a software so i can put it on my site and user can send free sms from my website i know there are lots of scripts but all of them are on pay, i want a free software which i can intall on my pc and connect it with my cell and that sofware has web codes also so i can put them on my website so when user type any thing and click send button so it should send all data to softare and then software send that data to end user if one have this kind of sotware or any sms sending working script do tell me please
