Need some advice on healthy eating?

I'm going too the grocery store today and I was wondering what kinds of healthy foods and drinks I could buy that will go well with a steady work out regime.....

I am on a tight budget but the sake of things, let's assume I am not on a budget at all...

    You also might consider buying some of your whole grains and legumes at a food co-op or natural foods store.  They usually have bulk items of these things so you can try smaller portions of different items.  And you won't be spending money on packaging and advertising.  Also try quinoa as a whole grain.  It is an ancient Peruvian grain used by the Inca's, and is a great source of protein.
