I am trying to help a friend get back in school. We both been out for a year. I qualify for financial aid but his mother makes too much money. She paid out of pocket for his first two years of four year but has decided not to pay for his education any more. Right now he is alittle down and I want to encourage him to go back and continue his education. What are some other ways he can finance his education. I am not sure if FAFSA would give him anything if his mother has high income. Please help!!!

  1. Regardless of how much his mother makes, your friend should complete the FAFSA because he is going to qualify to take out Stafford loans to pay his tuition.  That should help put a dent in it, but may not be enough.  In this case he will likely either want to pay out of pocket or borrow private funding (which may be an issue credit-wise).

  2. I don't know abt. FAFSA but ur friend has to some teaching and a little bit more extra work and also discuss this matter with her teacher i think that these professionals have some ways for your problems. And for FAFSA you just write an application to the authorities of FAFSA describe all the problem to them and wait that what answer they will gonna give u. And 1 more thing you have to work on both of projects. at a time.

  3. How about a work study program on campus?
