Need some advice what to do

I am uncircumcised and whenever i get an erection i notice that there are little bumps when i pull the skin down. I was wondering what i should do or if there is anything i can do. I know its not an STD or anything because i haven't done anything sexual, i cant drive. PLEASE HELP

Where are the bumps, and how big are they? Do you wash under your f******n properly and regularly?

My initial thought is that they're probably pearly penile papules (PPPs) which are harmless and normal that form under the rim of the head...

"I cant drive" ... lol what would that have to do with it!

It is most likely a harmless skin condition.  As long as the bumps are not oozing, itching or anything, it is fine.  It will probably go away on it's own.    Most men have these tiny bumps.

Yeah besides washing a little better to see if they go away.

Check with a doctor or even ask your Dad.

Do they hurt? If so, I'd be going to the doctors right away.
