  1. if you feel in your heart that's its the right thing to do, and that you know shes the girl your ganna spend the rest of your life with...if your committed to being with her for the rest of your life knowing that she's your last then yeah do it! (:

    GOOD LUCK! =]

  2. Well if you're positive about getting married to her, than it can wait. Wait until you have a good amount of money to pay for everything. Plus, you guys are at a young age, it'll give you more time to make sure this is what you want. You don't want to be broke and in an unhappy marriage do you?

  3. if you really want to and really believe itll work out, go for it. but if you have a gut feeling its a bad decision because of money or you cant go through with it or whatever, then dont. always listen to your first instinct you may never know what its trying to tell you.

if you cant afford it now, that doesnt mean that you wont later.

and congrats by the way. its amazing to have love that young. ill be 17 in 2 weeks, im in 11th grade and my bf and i have been going out since 8th grade and we also want to get married at a younger age. 19-20 max. it was 18 but ill be a senior the whole time im 18, and he'll still have a crazy sports schedule lol

  4. Well the hard truth is...marriage is a HUGE step in a relationship. You are commiting your life to that person for forever. Most teen marriages end in divorce. The average age that marriages work out is 25. So my advice is to figure out what you both want to do with your lives (college). Then after that decide whether or not you are ready for a big step like that. Hope everything works out okay :)

  5. If you're seventeen chances are both of you still live with your parents, and you really don't know anything about the responsibilities of the real world. Graduate high school, go to college if you're going to, get an apartment or house, and THEN get engaged if you still think it's going to work. That's my advice.

  6. Well let me just lay out a few facts for you. 51% of all marriages end up in divorce. Honestly its to young atleast wait until your an adult at 17 your a teenager maybe wait like 2 years. Technically your not even at legal age to have s*x. I think you would have a better chance at staying together if you waited, got your life together and had a steady job with a decent paycheck before you get ahead of yourself. Marriage is a HUGE commitment. So really think it over because you dont wanna go into dept at your age. Finish college first. But I cant tell you what to do so its up to you and your girlfriend.
